Our Story
I’m Marj, a mindfulness and mental-health advocate passionate about helping others find calm, clarity, and purpose in their everyday lives.
Artfully Grounded is a small family business created with a simple hope: to make mindfulness feel practical, personal, and easier to use in everyday life.
The name Artfully Grounded carries a special meaning for us. “AG” comes from our son’s initials, making this brand not just a business, but something deeply personal to our family.
Before creating Artfully Grounded, my husband and I both spent years working in the banking industry, where constant pressure, fast-paced routines, and digital overload quietly led to exhaustion and disconnection. Even after shifting into new work and new routines, we realized that stress can still follow when we do not have the right tools to manage what life gives us.


That experience taught us something important:
“It’s not always the environment. Sometimes, it’s the lack of inner tools to manage what life gives us.”
That awareness became the heart of Artfully Grounded.
